"Chris,
For several months i had been planning a 2 week motorcycle tourning vacation through 4 of Canada's Atlantic Provinces. All routes had been plannned, reservations confirmed and even some ferry tickets have been purchased. i had scheduled a pre-trip safety inspection at your shop for June 30th as a final preparation step.
On June 29th, my wife and I had an unfortunate encounter with a suicidal deer in the mountains of West Virginia. I had to have the Goldwing trailered home and the next day i brought it to your shop in the wrecked condition. That was less than 3 days prior to our scheduled departure date of July 3rd. My request for Jeremie, Al, and Tim was that they do the best that they could to get me on the road safely. I did not expect (or care) if the bike was totally repaired just as long as it was road worthy.
I wont go into all of the details and incredible efforts that all of your people (service and parts) expanded in order to get the Wing repaired. I feel sure that I am not aware of everything they did. This is what i do know: on Sat. July 3, 2010 only 6 hours after my original scheduled departure time, my wife Jo Ann and I left Velocity Cycles and headed north to Canada.
We certanily attribute a major part of our memorable vacation to the efforts of your team at Velocity. Thank you! Please express my appriciation to your entire staff.

"My name is Rose. I am in the mist of clearing out my stack of papers I've left neglected for some time and came across an old receipt. Back in 8/4/05 Me and a group of women riders were on our way to a biker rally from CT. My bike had broken down and that was the end of my trip before it ever began. The women, upon my insistence, left with out me. You guys had to order a part for my bike to get it back and running, so a over night stay was in order. You guys were friendly to this alone, out of town stranger, extending yourselves in anyway you could. Upon fixing my bike you washed it as well.
I just wanted to say thank you guys, It’s not often in this life that our hearts are touched by people we just recently encounter.
That bike has still caused me trouble since and can no longer rely upon it for long or even short distance trips. God’s willing, this spring I move up from a used 1996 Shadow to a new Goldwing. God's willing I'll pass by

"I recently was traveling through your area when I had some mechanical problems . I located your dealership and had my bike towed in-- not sure what to expect as it was just a half-hour from closing.Your staff took my bike right in, and one of your staff even gave me a ride to a local hotel! I returned to your dealership the next morning and your service department had diagnosed the problem and had the bike back up and running perfectly by mid morning. I want to say that this is the best experience I have had with any dealership--and I have been riding for over twenty years!
